In the village of Vicosoprano—a short walk from the campsite—are a butcher’s shop, two grocer’s shops and a dairy (Latteria Bregaglia), where you can buy local milk, yoghurt and cheese.
The village’s “DoIt” DIY store sells camping equipment. Vicosoprano also has two hairdressers and a chiropodist.
Centro puntoBregaglia has an Internet point.
The sports centre in Vicosoprano offers sports enthusiasts fitness facilities, a rock-climbing practice wall and tennis courts at very accessible prices. The village also has a bank with an automatic cash dispenser and a post office.
The closest petrol stations are in the villages of Borgonovo and Stampa (5 km towards Italy).
Local specialities are served at Hotel Corona, Ristorante Piz Cam, Crotto Albinga and Hotel Pranzaira.
